Product designer who turns research into product decisions

Fundacja K.I.D.S. helps children's hospitals become friendlier places for young patients and their families. I have volunteered there since 2025, and since 2026 I have led research as the Research Competence Lead. Across the foundation's studies I have interviewed clinicians, patients and parents. In my own study I explored how parents prepare for their child's hospital stay: what they need to know beforehand, what they missed, and what they need on site. Now I guide the team through research for a website that helps parents and caregivers prepare for that stay. I set up analytics (GA4, Hotjar) and am preparing think-aloud usability tests with parents, recruited through an on-site survey, community groups and referrals.

I take on end-to-end website projects: research, brand, design system, copy and code, with AI as part of my process. Right now I'm designing a website for a psychotherapy practice.
